For clients under maintenance contract, we usually intervene within the day. Emergencies are treated as priority.
We are comfortable with most common environments: Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, Infomaniak, Synology, IP telephony. If you use tools specific to your business, we adapt.
We document everything. If you decide to leave, the transition is done cleanly. It is also a guarantee for you: we have to prove ourselves every year.
